NEOPRENE COCOON CASE - CANDLELIER CANDLE LANTERN

I was glad to find this. I have several UCO lanterns but had just purchased the larger three candle "Candelabra". I was worried about protecting it. The neoprene case is perfect. I had seen a review done recently where the reviewer stated it was a bit too small for the lantern, but that was certainly not the case with mine. Excellent fit. It protects the whole lantern very well!

1-should be SOLD as a package with chandelier.
2-extremely difficult to use, very tight. Seems a hair looser fit with a drawstring perhaps would do the trick.
3-Bulk candles being sold via AMAZON vs being available @ UCO, REI or other retailers that carry your product is NOT USER FFRIENDLY.
4-After finally searching out "parent/umbrella" company, Called for customer service 4-5 days ago, yet to hear back from anyone.
