What's the Return Process?
- You have 30 days from the date or order to start a return.
- To return a product within the 30 day period, contact us by email at info@industrialrev.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- In your email, you must include the original Order Number issued at time of purchase.
- We will email you a shipping label for USPS and you will have to ship the product to our warehouse in Wisconsin.
- Once we receive your original product, we will credit your credit card that was used to make the purchase and it may take 3-5 business days. We will also notify you by email.
- Product must be returned undamaged and in good condition. Misuse, damage and normal wear and tear is not covered.

To cancel an order not yet shipped contact us by phone at 1-888-297-6062 or Email info@industrialrev.com. Please include the original Order Number and Product number issued at time of purchase.

All products are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year. They are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment.
