UCO Long-Burn Matches – 50-Pack of Safety Matches for Emergency Kits & Camping
When seconds count and conditions are tough, trust the UCO Long-Burn Matches to get the job done. Measuring 3.75 inches long and burning up to 60 seconds, these matches are up to 5x longer-lasting than standard matches—ideal for lighting stoves, candles, campfires, BBQs, or fire starters in windy or wet conditions.
Designed for emergency supplies for home and car, survival fire starter kits, and storm prep kits like tornado preparedness kits and hurricane preparedness kits, these matches give you more time and distance from the flame. The carbonized stems resist breaking, while the extra length makes them safer and easier to use—even when gloved up or lighting hard-to-reach fuel.
From emergency preparedness plans to weekend camping trips, this compact 50-pack is an essential addition to your gear.

USING MATCHES
CAUTION: Close box before striking match. Carefully monitor lit matches until completely burned. Keep out of reach of children.
PERFORMANCE TIPS:
For lighting a match, it is ideal if the striker is a firm surface which can usually be achieved by just closing the box.
If striker and box become wet, the striker will still work, but needs to dry first so that the surface is once again firm. Use a spare striker until then.
SAFETY TIPS:
Strike away from the body or in a downwards position. Be careful of bystanders.
Be careful when striking the match since sparks can fly off the igniting head.
After using the match, run it in water to be certain that it will not light anything else on fire.
